Administrators update a single image in the data center, and the new version of the image automatically and optimally propagates to the endpoints replacing old images within minutes, without requiring the execution of complex installation packages. Offline users will be automatically updated when they reconnect. Wanova does not trade off single image management for user customization. Users can install their own local applications without affecting the integrity of the IT-managed Base Image, and this personalization is retained even if their system is re-imaged.

With Mirage, a full desktop instance resides in the data center and can be instantly booted on a local physical or virtual machine. Support staff can then troubleshoot the desktop regardless of the user's physical location.
Protect Continuous Desktop Protection, Fast Endpoint Restore All data changes made by users propagate continuously to the data center, making a desktop or laptop fully recoverable and eliminating the need for client backup licenses. Snapshots are continually maintained to ensure point in time restores to a last best known state. Upon loss or failure of an endpoint, Wanova leverages its unique optimization technology to deliver a complete instance of the desktop within minutes - including user-installed applications and personalization - to a new and remote endpoint, dynamically adapting the image to the new hardware. End users can also restore single files themselves, further reducing support costs, and companies retain employees' valuable data even when they leave.
