EtherAssist — a secure AI assistant for IT operations

EtherAssist is built for IT professionals, not for general questions. It triages live tickets, runs multi-step workflows with reviewable history, and prepares evidence for ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIS2, DORA and SOC 2. ARJ Distribution distributes it in the Nordics: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. We sell exclusively through resellers and MSPs, never direct to the end customer.

What it does

• Triage. Plain-language analysis of a live ticket, with a likely root cause and links straight into the right admin centre.
• Workflows. Multi-step runs with scheduling, handoffs and a history that can be reviewed afterwards.
• Compliance. Drafting policies, reviewing gaps and preparing evidence for ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIS2, DORA and SOC 2.
• Outputs. Summaries, IT diagrams as editable Draw.io files, and PowerShell 7 script drafts with validation notes.
• Knowledge capture. Operational knowledge is written down while the work is done, with redaction and evidence-pack support.

What you can sell it against

• Compliance deadlines that arrive without a budget. NIS2 and DORA land on customers who have nobody writing policies or collecting evidence. This is where EtherAssist makes the most difference, and it is a deal with a date behind it.
• A first line that does not reach far enough. L1 gets further before the ticket escalates, and escalation is the most expensive part of a support organisation.
• Knowledge that sits in one person. When the person who knows the environment is away, there is no runbook. Here it is produced while the work happens, rather than afterwards when nobody has time.

What settles the security conversation

An AI that gets visibility into a production environment always meets the same questions. The answers exist, and they are worth taking into the meeting:

• The region is chosen at setup — UK, EU or US.
• Customer data stays under the customer's control and is not used for model training.
• Tenant-scoped access, role-based admin and redaction. Context is drawn from tickets, logs and knowledge sources within what has been scoped.
• Every run is traceable — timestamps, attribution, handoffs and outputs can all be reviewed afterwards.
• The vendor is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 42001 and Cyber Essentials. ISO 42001 is the management system for AI, which is exactly what an auditor asks about.

The tool does not replace the person who signs off. Outputs are meant to be reviewed, and script drafts come with validation notes.

• Standalone licence: recommended retail price is 14 euro per licence per month, or 166 euro per licence per year. The annual subscription is paid in advance and is therefore slightly cheaper.
• As a partner you get a discount on that. The prices above are recommended retail — your purchase price is lower, and you get it from us.
• Metered: a token-based plan for uneven usage. Those rates are given at a demo or during onboarding, not published.
• Volume and MSP: priced by the number of customer tenants and users. Ask us.
